Team Talk

When giving team talk and individuals praise etc I was wondering under what
kinda circumstances people use each one??

Do you encourage or admonish if yr team is 1-0 down against a team they
should be beating??

It's all a lottery really. I've told a team to not get complacent after
an easy win - then the whole squad is unhappy - 'not giving the team
enough credit'.
