Is the MRST volage a constant? or does it change?
I have a Qix I'm trrying to get running, white screen only, all
voltages are present, and the voltage on the MRST is 5.6V DC. Any
Help??

I think its supposed to go low for a split second upon power up then go high
again. It might be the other way around too. I dont remember.
