tech: composite vs seperate sync - Hi all I just dragged in a couple of my old Commodore 1084S monitors to use with my supergun (on my bench, as opposed to dragging PCBs over to the C128 setup) One of them has a blown flyback :( The other is a different 1084S, and only offers analog RGB.
Tech: Food Fight sync - All, I am having trouble getting a every food fight board I have is unable to sync on a test bench monitor. It is a commodore 1084s. All other games sync fine and the food fights do sync on normal monitor. Any ideas? Anyone ever had this same issue?

Hey all,
I've got a Domino Man that I can't get to sync horizontally or
vertically on a G07. I'm using Bob's replacement MCR cable and
plugging the 3 pin sync connector to the 3 pin negative sync plug on
the G07. Shouldn't this be correct or are MCRII games not negative
sync? Also, I tried moving the connector 1 pin to the left and then
the horizontal sync would lock in but not the vertical. Perhaps I
should try swapping the wires? I also thought I read in the archives
about needing to sometimes using a jumper to get the games to sync
properly? Any thoughts on this are appreciated. My gut tells me to
swap the 2 sync wires, but I thought I'd get some confirmation before
I do that. Perhaps the connector from Bob is made for another monitor
that came with Tron or other MCR games? >> Stay informed about: TECH: Domino Man sync on a G07 |
