T2 - free disk space error

Last night tried re-installing T2 on my new(ish) XP machine. Got it
running pretty much straight away and spent a happy couple of hours
reaquainting myself with the joys of 'taffing'! Came to run it tonight
and got the message;
'You have 21M of free disk space Thief 2 requires 35M. Thief 2 cannot
run'

This is plainly complete bollards (!) as I have barely scratched the
surface of my 250Gb HDD with > 200Gb spare!

Any ideas?

I think most of us had experience this at least once. Usually just a
reboot or two will fix it.
Are you still running into this problem?
