If you use suspend on a creature for example. It will be removed from
the game until all, let's say 10 time counters are removed. Is it
possible during the game if I decide to play the creature and pay the
mana cost even though it is still under suspend?

No. The Creature is already removed, not in your hand so you can't pay
for it's cost while it's suspended.
Greater Gargodon isn't worth it by the way. Run some Krakens.

Yeah I was thinking to use Deep Sea Kraken as well since its ability
boosts up the removal of time counters.

Thanks again!

Nope. It's _not in your hand_, and Suspend gives you no particular special
power to play the card from the removed-from-game zone OTHER than as specified.
Simply putting a card into the RFG zone, and/or putting counters on it there,
does NOT mean you can play it from there.
