I've had 4 computers since 1998 (including this
one), and I've given them all away to family,
(this one's earmarked for my granddaughter when I
get another,) and they all still work fine, so
yes, Jeannie you're right it's only that the games
we play keep getting bigger and better, sometimes
I wish I could use a console, they're made
especially for gaming, but I've tried, (really I
have  ) and I don't like them, I like playing
games on my PC,(and of course downloading)
I wonder what the Sims would look like in High
Definition, which begs the question, a new
monitor, will it have HD *do* they have HD, will
our games be releaded in HD,

Well I should hope I *would* have the right
hardware with a new build wouldn't I ???
I still don't trust Vista Mista people would have
to post that every game they play runs superbly,
for me to even *consider* it.

Yep, it's the (was the) new computer, "how time
does age thee PC" ;-p
they cost even *more* over here <grr>
but this time I'll not buy it in PC world, I want
one built to my specs (within reason)
and this time I want a mobo that will hold 8gig
ram lol. (in 1gig sticks)

Yes, I run it on the computer I usually play the Sims on and have had no

Oh...now I am confused...I was referring to NC as the pig capitol of the
world...the Neuse River is as piolluted as it is becasue of the runoff
from hog farms..and SMithfield where I live is the home of SMithfield

Seasons - time to get more ram, I guess... - I was afraid of this. But now after getting Seasons, I get a pause for loading between buy/build mode and live mode. Only about 2-3 seconds, so not too bad, but annoying.
