Hi, I'm new to the game, and so is everyone else that I'm playing with.
We are playing at work during lunch, and we have encountered a scenario
that I can't seem to find an answer for.

The moves in question are;
Austria A Rum S Bul
Austria A Bul S Rum
Turkey F Aeg - Bul
Turkey A Con S F Aeg-Bul
Turkey F Black - Rum
Turkey A Sev S F Black-Rum

We have interpreted these moves as, the Turkish attacks cut the
support, the Austrian armies are thus unsupported, and Turkey dislodges
both units. However, Austria argues that the attack cut the support,
but then these fleets cannot also participate in a "second" supported
attack to dislodge the units.

How is this resolved?
Thankx in advance for any help.

There is no 'second' attack. Each attack succeeds 2v1, because the supports
are cut.

You are correct. People far too often get stuck in a sequential mode
with regard to Diplomacy adjudications. They trip themselves up by
thinking 'first this, then this', when in fact it is simply always
simultaneous.
