Suddenly can't connect to XBox Live

I've been running on XBox Live for at least 2 years.
All of the sudden, i can't connect to anything.

I use a Netgear router.

If I log into the router from my PC, I can see the XBox's IP address,
but from the XBox, I can't connect to anything.

Checked all the setting.

I am running a Sygate firewall, but I don't think that should matter.

Any help?

Is your XBox modded? Just asking...
