Yes, I do have a sideline. It's called "I don't have to take this
anymore". I mentioned MoneyDance because it works and because it has a key.

It has not reached the stage (and the developer says it won't) of doing
any of the wrong things. It is a java application and it uses a key.

It is what Quiken isn't. The web page mentioned talks about the next
stage past server activation. The Web page is from one of your major
financial institutions but I can't remember what it is right now Smile Greg

And please remember that those people are not even complaining about the
issue we all are. That Intuit forces each buyer of their software to
activate their purchase, and if you aren't online, you must telephone,
go through their process of finding your computer id, which is then
converted into a key. This key works once. If you have to reinstall it
again, you call again and you get a different key. Greg
