Strange happenings in Imperial City - Walking through the Market district, I heard a challenge from one of the guards. I assumed I had been caught stealing or something and turned to see what was happening - but instead of coming for me I saw two guards running towards each other with drawn.

Hello,

Every so often, without me hitting Q or anything, my character will
just start slowly crabwalking around. I can't get him to stop and I
wind up having to leave the game and come back in. Has anyone else
had this problem?

Disabling you joystick in the My Games/Oblivion folder's oblivion.ini should
help

I think that it is a glitch that has been around since Morrowind!...same
thing happens on that game as well!
