Hi all,

I just got back in to Vanilla Angband, and have been playing with it the
past week.

These first few go rounds, I let the borg level me to 20, then start running
about.

Every now and then I give the borg 50 or 100 turns, it's an easy way to
clear out trash in my inventory and on the floor, and it also gives me some
insight about what to do (like to deep, haven't killed XYZ yet).

But I saw the borg do something quite odd that maybe someone could explain.

For whatever reason, it bought a Scroll of Confuse monster in a shop, and
immediately sold it right back.

Does buying/selling in a shop "trigger" anything in terms of restocking it
or anything? Just seems like a really odd thing for the borg to do.

Regards,

Will Hartung

If that scroll had not been bought or found&identified before, it has now
become identified. I guess this is what the behaviour is about anyway.
