Stopping in-game movies

Before the latest patch I was not getting in-game movies since I had
adjusted this in the Civ4 config editor. Now since the patch, I get
in-game movies. This causes a memory allocation error. I have 1 gig of
memory so there should not be a problem. Anyone know how to stop the
movies or fix the memory error?

I started a new single-player game today, and I have the new patch too.
I left the movies on (unchecked) in the graphics options settings in
the game. I have had no problems with the movies when they come up in
this single-player game. No freezes, lock-ups, or anything bad. I
have a G-force 3D video card with 256 MB of RAM on the card. I have 2
GB computer RAM. I'm playing on the huge map too, with large islands
for each player sprinkled with small islands. I don't know why you are
having the video movie problems now.
