[Steam] Reckoner class?

I finally looked at Steamband after quite a while doing other things, and it's
certainly more interesting, but... what did happen to the Reckoner class,
anyway? I'll admit its exact implementation ("Reality Hacking") seemed a bit
out of place, but there are plenty of interesting things to do with the mad
scientist theme, especially since the term is pretty much redundant in this
setting...
