I am sorry but there have been a few stock problems with the Pokemon
Ruby game that you recently ordered from the Stars Catalogue.
Unfortunately we are unable to supply this game to you until, at least,
the middle of October. I can assure you that your order is recorded on
our system and will be honoured as soon as we have the stock available.

Yes, I can see how it must be hard for Nintendo to get hold of copies of
Pokemon Ruby.

I got this too, I am happy to wait though as ruby is the one I really
wanted as my friend has sapphire! At least they let us know eventually.
