I have Transport Tycoon Deluxe for DOS. I finally go the sound to work in this game with Windows ME and a SoundBlaster Live! Value sound card. Here's what worked for me in case it is useful to anyone: In the sound configuration part of the game's set-up I chose Sound Blaster Pro with all of the default choices for port (220), irq (5), dma (1), and sound channels (4).
