Hi all
Just a quick scenario:
Vamp A has a soul gem and a skill card, he also posseses some random
usable once per turn card text. If that vamp is burned in my minon
phase and is replaced by the same vampire am I free to use the card
text again? I assume so as it is not "the same minion" but another
copy. Is this true or not? and if not why not?

It is true. The new vampire has not used his "random usable once per
turn" text yet.
