I have sony vaio c190 laptop.But its internal camera not working.it is
not at all detecting in device diver list.
What may the reason? pls help?

Not sure what this has to do with Windows XP Games, but would suggest you
contact Sony Support and have them guide you. The laptop and camera setup
is their creation, and they would be the best source for answers to get it
functioning correctly.
