Note that the location of every dungeon in the wilderness, even
without their names, could easily be considered a spoiler, so I'm
going to have a

little

The Guidebook's "Graphical navigation" page looks like this:

^^^ ^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Using crystals of knowledge, I found that the wilderness actually
looks like this:

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^^*^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^=====^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^..^^^^
^^^^^^^===""""~~~^^^^^^^*^^^&&&&&&&~~~~~~~~~~~~^*^^=======^^*^^^^^^^^^^^^..^^^^^

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Give and take one VD and road respectively. All outer mountains are
white.

The diagrams above probably look like jumbled messes. If this is the
case, copy them into a text editor and set the font to Courier New at
size 11. If you use Microsoft Word and this doesn't work, look at the
tabs that are above the text but below most other options and click
+drag those tabs away from eachother until it works.

That's not the point. The point is that the "Graphical navigation"
page excludes an outer layer of white mountains that can only be seen
by using crystals of knowledge, hence why that map is not completely
rectangular.

I think you misunderstand. Both the Druid Dungeon and the Village
Dungeon are shown, which is impossible in a real game.

Any real effect on gameplay? If not, probably not worthy of a YAGBU. Who
cares?

That's right, since there's nothing there. Only the part you can map
out in the game is shown.
