An interesting concept. You might have troubles against decks with a decent
amount of 'ping', since your sliths only grow if they have the chance to get
some hits in. And attacks against either your Landshaper or your
Tanglewalker will screw your combo, and neither of them grow like your
sliths. I'd suggest blanket critter protection such as given by (for
example) Dense Foliage, and you might find Whispersilk Cloak to be a good
equipment choice for this deck.
Affinity might be your most natural opponent, given that those decks will be
likely to have a large number of artifact lands.
