I can load my game and play for like 5 minutes then the computer clicks off.
I have had the game for quite some time and it worked fine for a few
months..when it first did this I called gateway for support. No help there,
so I took the computer to a computer shop, the guy tells me AOL has messed up
computer so I get rid of AOL, they "fix" the computer and all is working
well. Now 6 months later its stating all over again. I have a $2000.00
computer that has 98% space avalible, windowsXP. Why does this happen w/ the
sims2 game? Please help.

Sounds to me like it's overheating.
