Archived from groups: alt>games>simcity (more info?)

I have Sim City 4, but I do not have the manual. It is available as a
pdf file on the maxis site, but you have to register your copy to get
access. (The copy I have I bought used at Half Price Books, and someone
already used the serial number to register, so I can not access the site.)

If anyone has a copy of the manual in PDF, I would really appreciate a
copy ... either post it as a binary to a newsgroup, or e-mail me so we
can arrange another method of transfer, (Do not e-mail the actual
manual, as I believe it is too large for yahoo.)

Thanks so much to anyone who helps.

Some problems with the game config - I'd like to know whether it is possible to stop SC4:RH from putting its configs (including saved cities) from the "My Documents" folder. I wish to separate my disk partitions and its action is simply utterly annoying.
