Heard from EA today. Free time is not coming. Got a message that due to an
error the order would not be shipped and that they had returned my money.
Have yet to get confirmation from pay pal that they did that though. On the
bright side they did send a 15 dollar coupon which means if I do order the
game it will wind up being nearly free but this is the first Sims 2 EP I
didn't get either on the relaease date or in advance of it and I still have
to watch all the happy people who did get it talk about it.

Bummer - look on the bright side though - NEARLY FREE. Yay! Well, at least
they compensated you.
I haven't got it yet either - mind you, that's because I'm buying a new
computer instead. Yay, new computer! Still, I'm looking forward to getting
it - some of the accounts people are posting sound great.

As maxon said, look on the bright side. Nearly free ain't bad. And you
also get to sit back and watch all the other people find the bugs in this
EP....

Well the bright side got a little less bright when I went to the site to
order it. On my preorder I had had a code for free shipping. This time
around 7 of the 15 dollar coupon would be going towards the shipping and who
knows when I will get the game since the EA store is completely out of them.
I don't wat to go the digital download route as I hated that with Pets.

And I think I remember you saying you didn't have any stores near you that
sell it. Have you considered ordering it from Amazon or someplace like that
online?
