Right lets have a look at the rule book's here,

As great as buying an account may sound, there are 2 very important things you need to consider.

    1. Purchasing an account, is ILLEGAL IN BOTH RUNESCAPE, WORLD OF WARCRAFT AND 99% OF ALL MMORPG

    2. When you purchase an account, you run the risk of being scammed of your money and purchasing/trading an account is against all MMORPG game's terms of service and you run the risk of being hacked.


Please consider these points when deciding whether or not to purchase an account.
