Seasons Pre-Order download Problem

My 2 good friends bought through Pre-Order at GameStop stores (1 in
Montgomery, AL and 1 in Panama City, FL), They did not get a download
code for the raincoat by the sales clerk nor through e-mail. I have
been trying since March (or April) to get this pre-order download. I
finially went to the GameStop store, where I picked at the Montgomery
location on the way home, and asked how do I get the pre-order
download code. Since I did not came in during the week of release
where they could have fixed it; now it has been several months and the
clerk said go online and do a Google Search on The Sims 2 Seasons
promo; which I did and can't find a code to get the raincoat. Am I
screwed out of the raincoat or is there a chance in HELL to get?

But you'll need to read through the thread to find where the files are
attached - and the first one for the coat doesn't wotk so keep going.
There's a swing and a swim suit as well.
