According to the few bits of information on how the black market
currently works the Income from contraband sells to enemies via gold
pod depends on the number of rogue colonists on his base.

You can currently script it using "ROUGECOLONISTS=x". Yes, I know
it's a typo.

What would be that advantage to dress your colonist in a perticular
color ?

Me too. Anyone know how to encourage enemy rogues to migrate from one
planet to another Wink ? And once created, do their numbers ever go
down? Ie if you kill some of the base's population by orbital
bombardment? Or are they like Chups - a gradually increasing problem as
the game goes on?
