I've got a California speed machine and I just replace the fans
because they were making a hell of a noise. It run quite now but after
being on for on for a couple minuets (after it warmed up) it goes from
being clear to fuzzy. I tried messing with the focus and color nob's
but it just won't go clear again.

Dose anyone know what the problem could be?

Could be a cold solder joint on the flyback or the neck board. Try
reseating the neck board.
Have you done a Cap kit on the monitor chasie?
