Objective is to find a copy of the hotel key. Everyone's been knocked out
and there is a door in the room next to the watcher eye. It won't open with
lockpicks so there must be a key. This is where I'm stuck. Any assistance
would be appreciated.

What you need is IN the room with the door that won't open. Check up under
the bottom shelf for a small lever.
