SOS - mature?

There is a Namco game from 1980 emulated in MAME called "SOS". It's a
flying shooter with very primitive (even for 1980) sound and graphics.
It's been listed as "Shooter Flying/Vertical *Mature*" in catver.ini for
quite some time now.

It stands out because it's the only "mature" game of its type. The
graphics are so primitive, I can't imagine it could possibly do
something to get labelled "mature", short of writing the f-word on the
screen. Is this just a glitch in the database, or does this game
actually do something pornographic? The sound is so bad I haven't
managed to play it for more than 30 seconds.

- sos does a "coffee break" every 2000 points, showing a girl. The
first times, she wears a bikini. If the "nudity" switch is on, after
6000 points she's topless and every 10000 points she's nude.
