You can clone them with a third party programme called SimPE. Unless you've
used it before, it can be a bit intimidating. I wouldn't pack the family up
and install them in the new account - a really bad idea. Or post them to
the Exchange and redownload them and then install them in your daughter's
game - antisocial and a really bad idea. This is because the Maxis packing
programme is useless (I was going to say c***) and will dump all sorts of
rubbish in your daughter's neighbourhood files and game. Things that are
likely to cause game corruption and, eventually, to make the neighbourhood
unplayable.
The only known way to extract sims cleanly that exist only in the game (i.e.
born in game sims or sims you made in CAS and not Bodyshop) is to clone them
with SimPE.

Either that or copy the whole neighbourhood across so she can play the copy.
Or, if you only want the family, recreate them in CAS.
Best wishes
