SG Base event idea!

Now as for an event, how about an invention salvage party? Set up a
time/date for the SG to gather at Talos Monorail, and enter the base
there. (Lowbies can safely get there by way of a Base Teleporter to
Steel canyon, which has a quick jog to the monorail.) Then everyone
can gather by the vault and invention station(s) and start swapping
ingredients and recipies. Deep-pocketed players can dash off through
the base exit back to Talos and safely zip over to Wentworths to buy
that one missing piece needed. You could even have a volunteer
stationed at Wentworths during the event to rattle off ingredient
prices so people can save a trip. I'm so jazzed about this idea I
think I am going to set it up for next weekend as our first SG-wide
event!

Oh, and one more thing... I'm thinking that if I can get people to
coordinate the crafting, one or two of us might end up with enough
points for the mobile crafting table.
I tried doing this with my alts, and now Jade and Spectrum both have
several buying/selling/crafting badges. Anyone remember how many
things you have to make before you can earn a portable table?
