SC4

Hmmm, just got SC4 and am un/impressed. Great, it has lots of buildings, you
can create your own neighbours, but the only really shitty thing is that you
cannot rotate 360 degrees. Camera has only 4 viewing angles. I would have
expected to be able to rotate fully in the game, and am rather disappointed.
Is this option available in any of the expansion packs ive seen around? Is
it Rush hour? Still, the game runs beautifully on my pc, at full detail
settings, v-nice!

No you can't do it with Rush Hour either. RH basicly changes the transport
system, giving several new methods of transport and expanding on the ones
that are already there, it also lets you do missions in your city.
