Questions about Russian army in 1805

Hi,

I'm about to begin a 15mm miniature army of 1805 russians and I have
some questions about uniforms:

- Is there any difference between fusiliers and grenadiers uniform in
grenadiers regimients? I'm refering to their uniform when grenadiers
got the shako with big black bushy plume.

- Is there any difference between carabiniers and jaggers in jaggers
regimients?

- Which kind of shako was worn by grenadiers in musketeers regimients?
These regimients in theory have 1 entire grenadier battalion and one
company of four in the other two musketeer battalions, that is , 6
grenadiers companies of 12...

Hi Alfonso,

I know this is not what you want to hear, but I recommend checking out
the following Osprey books:
The Russian Army of the Napoleonic Wars (1)
The Russian Army of the Napoleonic Wars (2)
Russian Grenadiers and Infantry 1799-1815

The first book should cover the infantry:
The Russian Army of the Napoleonic Wars (1)
and better to have than the last one mentioned above.

If you are unable to locate the book at the Library or Local Store,
lemme know and I can e-mail you more detail regarding the differences
you listed above. It won't be a short e-mail as I will go into some
details.
