Rush 2049 Dip Switch Settings? Do you have a manual?

Hi all,

I picked up a beautiful Rush 2049 sitdown at yesterdays Super Auction
in Mesquite. The game is working great except for one thing I can't
seem to change or figure out. The game is currently set on Free Play
and I need to get it back to coin play so it can go out on route.

All switches on the game work EXCEPT the Service and Test switches. I
can not get these two buttons to work. I have verified that they have
continuity all the way to the game board along with their ground wire
counterpart. I assume that entering into the test button.

Now there are two banks of dip switches on the main board, however I
have no idea what they are for. Can anyone that owns a Rush 2049 tell
me what these are for and their various settings. Maybe this
information is in the owners manual?

I hope this isn't a board problem.
