Right lets have a look at the rule book's here,

As great as buying gold or power leveling sounds, there are 2 very important things you need to consider.

    1. Power Leveling and the Purchasing of Gold, is ILLEGAL IN BOTH RUNESCAPE, WORLD OF WARCRAFT AND 99% OF ALL MMORPG

    2. When you purchase a Power Leveling service, you have to let someone else on your account, this is against all MMORPG game's terms of service and you run the risk of being hacked.


Please consider these points when deciding in purchasing gold or a power leveling service.
