To the best of my knowledge, no, you can not have a roommate. Maybe he
means he has someone else who also plays AC and resides in his town. You
can have up to 4 total players in one town. What kind of stinks is that
you can't move to a new town. Oh well. Might be done because what if you
want to move to a town that might already be full?
