Ok guys I am a complete NOOB when it comes to this.
quickblade 9000 honor and 20 marks
who what when where and how
please don't laugh but I have never done any pvp.
I see this stuff all the time but just like with my pally..
man pally sucks in AV....etc
So I just look at the items and go DOH |

The honor refers to honor that you get from playing different
battlegrounds, the 20 marks come from playing the EOTS BG, you get 3
marks for winning and 1 for loosing.

The best way to earn honor points is to participate in the pvp
battlegrounds.
If you stay in a battleground to the end, you earn marks. One if you
lose, three if you win.
That's the basics. If you want to learn more about the specific
objectives and tactics for each battleground, go to worldofwarcraft.com
or wowwiki.com.

Well I guess what floored me was when you said
That will last you till you get to lvl 70
and a few hours of BGs for a quickblade.

3 if you win and 1 if you loose
so a max of 20 matches to get 20 marks
how many honor points do you earn in a typical round?

The best honor tends to be in the AV battleground, I average about
1500 honor an hour there. It might be a little less for the horde, it
seems that not many hordies know how to rush and solo cap the alliance
base and if you can kill those you can delay the horde offence by a
good 3 or 4 minutes; which is a lifetime in a 15 minute game.

Typical AV win = 12 min 450 honor, typlical AV loss = 12 min 180 honor.
Ofc all varies a lot so say the exact duration and honor but this is how it

Typical win = 20 mins 300 honor on my battlegroup - it's better to do
all BGs and hand in marks for honor I found, at least you don't get
bored to death of AV...

Fishing in the Outland - I've always been fond of fishing and immediately got my training in the Outland when I got there. So far, though, I've been quite disappointed. I don't think I've seen even one floating wreckage and the fish don't sell at all on the AH. I did just.... |
