My wife's rogue is now on the next rogue quest, the one after the
thistle tea. She also knows how to make poison now.

Thank God there is no CASTRATE skill.

Any quick pointers on this quest. Given the difficulty of the tower in
Westfall and even with my hutner helping her I expect that her next one
will be tough also.

And I have no idea what it entails. At least with the tower I had
assisted another rogue there abotu a week before my wife did it so I
had an idea of what had to be done there.

I'd like to have an idea of what to expect on this next one.

Thanks

Orion

PS Has anyone ever made a rogue named Lorenabobbit?

I can't remember what the next one is Alliance side >< Lockpicking in
Redridge maybe?

And just for future reference, you can solo the tower quest. It's been
a LONG time since I did it on Alliance, but Horde side is similar. A
tower with various mobs in it that seem too powerful for you. The
trick is, they all have a vulnerability. One of the mob types takes
about 800% normal damage from Garrote. The head guy (horde-side) takes
about 800% normal damage from Ambush. You just have to use the right
ability on them. If I remember correctly, on the Alliance quest, I
just pickpocketted the guy at the bottom, stealthed up, sapped the lvl
24/25 guy and unlocked the chest without killing him.

You get another one at 50, but that's it Sad Then you can raise
rep...for pretty much nothing.

Hmm, is this the one where you're sent to Ravenholdt? It's a
remarkably pointless one with a nicely broken chain so you never get
anything from it... seems Blizz never bothered finishing it Wink

Anyway, pointers aren't really needed, just find the place (look for a
path to the north of Durnholde Keep), pass the "Rite of Cunning",
which used to involve use of the brain but seeing as detect traps was
made a passive ability all you have to do is train it now and it'll
detect the trap automatically, then go and speak to the guy in the
manor, and that's it!

He then tells you to speak to the guards to learn how to gain favour,
you get sent off to pickpocket badges off Syndicate guys (30ish badges
should be enough to take you to friendly) and then... that's it. The
quest text all sounds like there should be a followup but there isn't,
Blizz never bothered finishing the chain.

Why? Thought you said all your low level toons were female?! And if you
help her with your /male/ warrior you can get that nice high pitched
screech attack that annoys the hell out of every mob near you.

paladin quest help - i'm currently a level 14 paladin, i just started the paladin quest given by the trainer in the Stromwind, in the Cathedral. 1st was to give linen to a lady there, did that. 2nd one i'm having a bit of trouble with, i'm suppose to go met a dwarf who is..
