C++Robots is Back!

After a lengthy outage that caused program and/or challenge requests
to be effectively noops (source submitted would NEVER compile correctly)
caused by a bug I still do not fully grok (but have managed to work around)

C++Robots is back!

For those who don't know, C++Robots is a King of the Hill style
programming contest. You submit control code for your robot in C/C++,
and it is pitted against the top 50 robots on the hill.

If you manage to knock #50 off the hill, you're on!
