Return of Arcade Version1.0

I'm not sure where to post this so... if this isn't the place.. I apologize.

My mother got a new PC. She has the original floppy disks for Return of
Arcade v1.0 but... the arcade2.cab file has become corrupted. (Yes... I
realize that unfortunately that happens over time. Sigh.) Does anyone know
of a way to obtain an uncorrupted copy of that file so I can install it for
her? Thanks for any suggestions.

Incidentally, I have tried 3 different recovery utilities and none of them
have worked.
