Does anyone know the definitive release history (or where it is
documented) for all the Myst games. I would just like to know when the
different games and their various incarnations were released with
dates and preferably with comments as to how each version differs so
that I can decide which ones to get. Eg, should I get Real Myst if
I've already got Myst Masterpiece, is there an enhanced version of (ie
like a Masterpiece version of) Riven or Exile, is Myst IV better than
Uru, is it better to buy the compilation sets and what exactly do they
contain, etc.
Most grateful for some advice for this newbie. >> Stay informed about: Release History |

RealMyst is real-time 3D, completely unlike Myst Masterpiece which is still
pre-rendered. Definitely worth getting.

The DVD version of Riven is slightly enhanced, but is now quite hard to
find.

They're different times of games. Uru isn't a "traditional" Myst game
really, it's like a 3D platformer with puzzles. I don't like it much.
Myst IV is similar to Myst III, but with better graphics. >> Stay informed about: Release History |

Thanks for quick reply. Some comments:

I've heard that RealMyst is not very user friendly. Do you still think
it's worth getting?
Re the other part of my post, any ideas where history of the games
released is described? >> Stay informed about: Release History |
