Game designers should allow you to record your game play and send the
output to an avi file.

This would allow you to share your experiences with friends that don't
even have the game.

It can be done with the free utility Fraps.

I searched for Fraps but the vids I found were people showing off
their FPS.

I didn't find any of people showing off their skillz.

Try searching for the name of the game! Why would they use Fraps to
describe it?
