I enjoyed the emphasis, but you're wrong, as far as UK law goes. In any

enjoy away Smile ... it is perfectly legal in any country to use a flash
cart for development purposes or backing up games you own.

Of course the majority of people won't use it for either of these
purposes, but that's a different story.

I believe you missed the point; Tim was saying that backing up games you
own is not legal in the UK. It's copyright infringement, I think.
