Game freezes and sound studders... - I played this game all the way through (and Half-Life 1 Source, for good measure) a few months back. No problems, I did a clean install of Windows XP not too long ago, and a few days ago I decided to play this game again. But now I am..

I have been looking into uploading CSS game demos to my website, but
hate to convert the demos in to a different format
like .mov .asf .avi, .dix, mpeg, flash, and others.
I was really wondering if anyone know a program that can record with
sound while am in the game server? That does not lag me or takes a big
performance hit. Also I have some demos that need to be converted, any
ideas as to the best way to be this?

Sure have and its very bad.
It records with sound and it gets out of "sink"
Lags me very hard too!!
I was hoping someone knew of an other way.
I just need to convert the demos I have I quess.
What is the best way to do that?

Have you looked into FRAPS? It has that ability to record video though
I'm unsure whether it can do sound.

No problem. Holymoly set the bar pretty high for HL2 DeathMatch frag
videos when he came out with "Yes Way". It's a really well done video.
He dropped the hud from the game and put in other images for the kill
indicator.
