Well, at $20 it's not like they need to mark it down, but mine came as a
$13 promo game anyway. I ordered the same time (last weds), arrived
same time (this tues), I used the standard airmail option. Bit
surprised it took so long to be honest!

Just standard - international priority. It was marked as a "toy"
valued at 20.00 with no currency listed.
