It looks very nice and if the crash physics are as shown even better
especially for online. That would sort the men from the boys as those
who shunt other drivers off the track could find themselves losing a
wheel or similar.

I recall that motion blurring had been developed for use in games. I
think I read this about in PGR3. If they've used a similar technique
30fps is more then enough for you not to see flicker. Read the following
for an explanation.

Motion blurring is a very good thing for gaming because the GPU & CPU
can do better things then having to worry about the number of frames per
second it has to put out.
