I think all of White Wolf's Ravenloft stuff was at least 3.0 (under the
Sword & Sorcery line), although I could be mistaken.

They did a bunch of stuff for both 3.0 and 3.5 but no longer have the
license to produce additional material. Wizards of the Coast is supposed to
be producing at least one Ravenloft adventure (possibly around Halloween)
but there is no word on anything beyond that.
