Hey guys, I've read somewhere that you can get Rank S for Resident evil
2. You can't use any herbs, have to stay at fine all game, finish it
under an hour and a half, can't reload your handgun (only) more than 4
times. Is this true? And has anyone succeed?

I think an S ranking can be gotten in NTSC regions, but I've never seen
it on a PAL.

I think somebody might be pulling your leg about the requirements
though. No herbs or health sprays is possible, staying fine would
require an awful lot of good fortune (though quite feasible), an hour
and a half *can* be gotten (See Vincent Merken's speed guide), but the
game is impossible in that time frame without reloading more than four
times.

The last boss alone can take 8 magnum slugs before it dies, and that's
the most powerful gun in the game.
