Random maps generator

The random map generator at

http://www.phantasia.org/miju/cgi-tmpl/map/mapf.html

has received a minor update. Roads/houses now use a new algorithm.
POV ouput has a delux variant. (Rendering then takes very long, so you
need to reduce the model for that.)

I can't find the reference to the original announcement (it was in
2005). The random map generator generates small villages for fantasy
roleplaying in 3 alternative formats.
