I was flipping through my Races of Stone again, and I realized that they didn't do much on
Drow or underground stuff. Does anyone know of anything else besides Forgotten Realms
books that would come out in the future? Maybe even an environment book like frostburn or
sandstorm or stormwrack, but dealing specifically with the underground environs?

Drow are an FR race. Underdark is an FR region, a subsetting.
FR is still published if you want to adapt these to your campaign.

The majority of "Drow and underground stuff" is in Underdark. I
doubt they're in any hurry to redo it for Eberron or Greyhawk as all
that stuff is deeply ingrained into Realms lore now anyway.

Underdark itself does have a lot of FR specific geographic and plot
information, but it'd all be fairly easy to cherry pick it IMO. The
remaining 120 pages is essentially a combined race and environ book for
any generic underdark. Worth a look at least.

Failing that, there's always the 3rd party books.
