I got my 360 back today. They repaired MY system, I got back the exact one I
sent in. They had the system less than 24 hours...UPS had it twenty days. I
only live three states away.

UPS sucks avoid that company if you can. Call MS and complain to them the
more complaints they get about UPS the better chances of them using someone
else.
Though who they use depends or where you live I think.

I doubt if MS will give a damn if you called to complained about UPS'
incompetence. I try to avoid UPS like the plague too. I avoid eBay
sellers who use them, but still, 20 days is still too much.
